Education and/or Previous Experience:

12 years of sales management experience for the national rep group, OneCoast, including developing a training program for the gift industry. After working with national ecommerce accounts for more than 10 years, Adrenal was created in May 2010.

What do you like best about your job?

There’s something new to address every day! Ecommerce is exciting and fast paced, we participate in new technology regularly. There is great satisfaction in helping manufacturers showcase products and representing their brand to the world.

What do you like best about your job?

Amazon is constantly evolving, working with them means that I am always learning.

Previously managed a successful online eBay store.

I have been with Adrenal since the company started. It has been a phenomenal experience watching our company grow.

GENERAL MANAGER

Education and/or Previous Experience:

Michael’s focus in operations and supply chain management first began in 1998 when he spent time in electrical distribution. He spent 3 years as a Regional Operations Manager covering California, Oregon and Washington. This experience taught him to accomplish similar goals from a variety of different corporate cultures. From there he spent 5 years in business development that exposed several different ways to identify profitable business relationships that before weren’t materialized.

What do you like best about your job?

When you work for a small company, you must wear several different hats in order to be sustainable. The greatest reward in this type of environment has always been and will always be, the interaction with people. Helping solve problems and providing perspective are some of the interactions Michael enjoys the most.

COPYWRITER & DIGITAL BRAND STRATEGIST

Education and/or Previous Experience:

Bachelor of Arts in Electronic Media & Culture – Washington State University. 5 Years Web Content Design at a Tech PR Firm - Waggener Edstrom. 3 Years Marketing/Social Media Specialist at Washington State University. Amazon Retail for Advertisers Certification.

What do you like best about your job?

Teamwork is everything to me. The level of collaboration within our team is outstanding. We all support each other and work together to offer creative solutions and then put those ideas to use. Also, they are all hilariously funny!

Provided years of excellent administrative services. Before Adrenal, I worked with a large Real Estate company in Las Vegas.

What do you like best about your job?

I love the vendors we work with and their products. I enjoy working with the people at Adrenal and the fact that we all LOVE what we do.

Education and/or Previous Experience:

BA from The Evergreen State College. Amazon Retail for Advertisers certification. I came to Adrenal with a background in graphic design and digital content and marketing.

What do you like best about your job?

My focus at Adrenal is planning and implementing digital content and marketing strategies for our vendors. The work I do is strengthened by my team members that manage other aspects like operations, compliance, and data quality. At Adrenal, we strive to seamlessly showcase a vendor’s existing brand on ecommerce platforms while continuously learning and innovating. I appreciate being part of a team that works together to strengthen our vendors’ positions in this ever-changing environment.

Amazon Retail for Vendors Certificate, business owner, 25 years of experience in retail management and customer service.

What do you like best about your job?

I enjoy our vendors and trying to create the best possible sales platform within Amazon’s metrics. I love that our team is always discussing problems together, fixing them, and assisting one another. Nothing is static, everything is constantly striving to be better.
